The transparent memoir details Obama\u2019s political life, and the prime years of his presidency that shaped him. \u201cI want to give an honest reckoning of my time as president,\u201d said Obama.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>More specifically, the memoir centers on his political life in Chicago, the decision that led to the killing of terrorist Osama bin Laden during his presidency, and provides insight into his own mind about policy and what it means to be president of the United States.\u00a0 Furthermore, the memoir will give readers a sense of what the Obama family personally went through during their eight years in the White House.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>\u201cMy goal was to give you some insight into the events and people that shaped me during the early years of my presidency.
