Organized through Chance\u2019s non-profit SocialWorks, the Chicago-based festival will serve to educate Chicago\u2019s youth on classic black films.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-lang=\"en\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\" style=\"text-align: center;\">Chicago Tomorrow is the 1st day of <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/SocialWorks_Chi?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">@SocialWorks_Chi<\/a>\u2019s Black History Month Film Festival! Come watch THE WIZ tomorrow at 11am &amp; again on Saturday at 5pm. Tickets are available online &amp; at the door for only $7 <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/N8s4gUPCHl\">pic.twitter.com\/N8s4gUPCHl<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Chance The Rapper (@chancetherapper) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/chancetherapper\/status\/959220411211927552?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">February 2, 2018<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><br \/>\nFor only $7 per film, attendants will gain access to classics such as <em>The Wiz<\/em>, <em>Shot in the Dark<\/em>, <em>Malcolm X<\/em>, and <em>Ali<\/em>. Additionally, the festival will include a special screening of <em>Black Panther <\/em>once it hits theaters on the 16<sup>th<\/sup>. There will be a pre-show celebration for <em>Black Panther<\/em>, which will feature a live DJ, photo booth, and giveaways.<\/p>\n<p>Tickets are available online or at the door, taking place at Chicago&#8217;s Studio Movie Grill.<\/p>\n<p>Chance and SocialWorks have organized a wide range of events to help celebrate the diversity of Chicago\u2019s communities. From toy drives to OpenMike Night, Chance continues to make an impact in Chicago while inspiring others to do the same.
