It incorporates organic mushrooms such as Lion&#8217;s Mane (known for its cognitive benefits) and Chaga (immune-boosting properties) to neutralize coffee grounds, creating an alkaline and healthier alternative to regular coffee, which often causes caffeine crashes and jitters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Taking inspiration from the ancient wisdom of medicinal mushrooms and the rich tradition of Arabica coffee, Francois developed her coffee products to enhance focus and mental clarity. As a Mental Health Practitioner, she aimed to create a product that supports brain health, cognitive function, and helps manage anxiety and depression.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;My company is challenging conventional coffee,&#8221; Jessica told <a href=\"https:\/\/blacknews.com\/news\/jessica-francois-black-woman-entrepreneur-makes-history-organic-mushroom-coffee-line\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Black News<\/a>. &#8220;Our model focuses on positively impacting our community.
