JaroGO is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account or access core features of the app, including posting, commenting, live streaming, and participating in the marketplace. Minors are prohibited from creating stores or selling products on the JaroGO marketplace. All store creators must undergo a manual approval process, and we may request government-issued ID or business verification documents where necessary.
Any listings that appear misleading, age-inappropriate, or exploitative in nature will be reviewed and removed as per our Marketplace Governance Policy.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Any account found to be in violation of our age policy will be promptly deleted along with associated data.
For users aged 13 to 17, we limit data collection to only what is necessary to operate the app, and we do not serve targeted advertising to these users.
